HOW TO APPLY
Step 1: Apply an even layer of the All-Day Colorcoat, then wait until it dries completely (about a minute or so).
Step 2: Apply the moisturizing top coat for added moisture and shine. Reapply the top coat whenever you like to keep lips soft and moist.
