Ingredients: Organic Barley Grass Juice Powder.
DIRECTIONS
One rounded teaspoon of Just Barley twice daily on an empty stomach. In a shaker, mix 1 rounded teaspoon of Just Barley with 6 oz. of juice or water or mix 1 rounded teaspoon of Just Barley with 2 oz. of liquid and then add remaining 4 oz. of liquid. To avoid rapid detoxification, start with 1/2 teaspoon of Just Barley, gradually working up to the full dosage.
